Silverio Villegas-Garcia
A line cook from Mexico with no criminal record. Silverio lived in Chicago with his girlfriend, her 13 yr old daughter and their two sons. ICE tried to grab him after he dropped his sons off at school. He ran, they shot and killed him on September 12, 2025
Josué Castro Rivera
24-year-old from Honduras - Killed 10/27/25, Norfolk, VA - On his way to a landscaping job, his crew’s car was pulled over by ICE in a random, racial profiling stop. Josué ran out of the car, trying to escape, was chased by ICE agents, ran onto a highway, and was hit by an oncoming truck. ICE had no removal order for Josué or anyone else in the car.
Chaofeng Ge
Of China, 32 years old. Killed 8/5/2025 in a Pennsylvania ICE camp. Although ICE ruled Ge's death a suicide, the autopsy report stated he was found with his hands and feet bound; his hands tied behind his back.
Marie Ange Blaise
44, of Haiti - died 4/25/2025 at Broward Transitional Center in Pompano Beach, Florida Marie complained of chest pain - clear indications of heart problems. Her complaints were ignored. Marie died of a preventable heart attack.
Brayan Rayo-Garzón
27, of Colombia, lived in St. Louis, MO. Hanged himself on 4/8/2025 in a Rolla, MO ICE jail. Brayan loved zipping around on his motorcycle, watching soccer with friends and sledding down Art Hill during a fresh snowfall. Most of all, he was devoted to his family, his mother said, and fought tooth and nail to ensure they would have a better life here than in their native Colombia.
